Streamline:
The new concept which I’m currently working on is Jaxeed. This concept is directed much more at club/DJ culture and underground progressive tech-house. Here the emphases are on groove and sound design rather then melody and harmonic arrangements. The overall sound differ a lot from Wonderflow, and are made to fit a DJ’s need as well as sound good on the floor. I do enjoy making this type of music and work with this audience in mind, even though some might argue I’m simply conforming.

Two underground record labels has shown their interest for this concept and music so far, and one of my tunes were almost ready to get released in Britain and America at one point. However, these labels wanted to influence my style quite a lot, meaning I would have to follow the sound of their label rather then experimenting on my own. I am ready to compromise, but I’m not to the point I no longer feel its my music. Questions about fashion slavery even if underground, contra artistic integrity and freedom arises in such situations. As a result of disagreements, I pulled out of the race and will leave these things till I have finished my degree. No disrespect to the labels of course, but these things take up a lot of time.
